How many people can you sketch? (approx. number)
With faces:
Size A5 - 6 people/ hour
Size A6 - 8 people/ hour
Wihout faces:
Size A5 - 8 people/ hour
Size A6 - 12 people/ hour
(These may vary depending on factors such as: time engaging with guests, taking photos, break for meal, change set up location, etc.)
Can a sketch include more than one person?
Yes, but no more than 2.
There might be exceptions.
We work efficiently to make sure everyone gets a drawing!
Is there a minimum hire time?
2 hours is the minimum hire time.
Is customization included?
Yes. You can add text, logos and simple frames. Extensive backgrounds require additional cost.
Special frames and envelopes can be added.
What formats do you work on?
We work on A5 and A6 size paper with 220gsm.
We are also open to sketch on other surfaces such as fabric, tote bags, bookmakers, scarfs, boxes, etc.
Do guests take their sketches home on the day?
Yes! We place them in proper sized envelopes so they are protected from potential damage, and gift them to the guests at the end of the event.
There is the option of finishing sketches at home.
What are some options available for events with more than 80 guests?

Photographs
After doing the Set Up, the artist begins by interacting with the guests, taking pictures of them (with a phone), and asking for their names to identify them later on the envelopes.

The drawings are created in pencil, watercolor and pen.

Handing out the Sketches
During the event, the sketches are displayed for everyone to enjoy them and offered to the guests at the end of the event inside black envelopes.
